Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and contacting bulk customers to validate the accuracy of order information at the TMS (Transportation Management System) level prior to carrier tender. This role focuses on maintaining order integrity by confirming shipment details, customer information, product specifications, and delivery requirements while ensuring all updates are accurately documented and communicated to internal teams.

  • Contact bulk customers to validate order accuracy prior to carrier tender.
  • Verify shipment and delivery information, including:
    • Shipping and delivery locations.
    • Customer contact information.
    • Bulk product details.
    • Quantity to be delivered.
    • Meter or scale unloading requirements.
  • Add additional order validation requirements as applicable.
  • Document all customer interactions in accordance with established call script guidelines.
  • Manage and perform all required data updates within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Provide email updates to Customer Service following order verification and system updates.
  • Maintain order integrity by ensuring all order information is accurate and complete.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in customer orders during the validation process.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with customers over the telephone.
  • Work closely with the Bulk Control Tower team and follow operational direction as needed.
  • Perform assigned responsibilities independently, with or without direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with customers and validating order information in a professional environment.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and updating information within business systems.

Skills

  • Able to document customer interactions accurately.
  • Data entry and record maintenance skills.
  • Able to manage updates within a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting transportation, logistics, order management, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with bulk product orders and delivery validation processes.

Pay

Payrate: $21.27 - $21.27/hr. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $21.27 - $21.27 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
