About the role
TRICOR, LLC is seeking Transportation Account Executives and Account Managers to join our team. Account Executives thrive under pressure, are personable, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Their primary responsibilities are providing front-line expertise in assessing client needs in return for designing insurance plans and recommending coverages to clients, alongside the day-to-day customer service. Account Managers are responsible for all aspects of client account servicing, maintaining, and on-boarding clients with their insurance knowledge and professional communication skills.

What an AE will do
- Ability to pre-qualify prospects by doing a risk assessment
- Leveraging your expertise you will use our risk assessment process to easily offer new and/or different coverages to current clients
- Provide expert knowledge around analyzing and comparing insurance plans to determine suitability for clients of all sizes
- May have sole sales and service ownership over TRICOR House Accounts
- Focus on client service and retention
- Establish & maintain close relationships with clients, insurance carriers/underwriters to maximize your effectiveness
- Timely and accurate client file documentation
- Review & evaluate new and existing accounts
- Complete & submit applications
- Provide mentorship and/or training to new employees
- Promote TRICOR, LLC in our community
