You’ll be responsible for: Safely operating a 7-passenger van Delivering the LAZ G.E.T. 100 experience: Greet, Engage, and Thank every guest—100% of the time Assisting passengers as they board and exit the vehicle, including passengers with ADA-related needs when applicable Loading and unloading passengers safely and efficiently Communicating effectively with passengers, clients, and team members Working independently while completing daily responsibilities with professionalism and care Supporting a safe, welcoming, and positive transportation experience What You Bring At least 2 years of driving experience A valid driver’s license Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays A dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service-oriented attitude Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift Willingness to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, heat, and high winds If you’re a confident driver who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service, we’d love to have you on the road with LAZ Transport.
