Deer Park Health & Rehab, located in the mountains of Nebo, is hiring a full-time Transportation Aide/Van Driver to safely transport residents to and from their medical appointments. Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to and from scheduled medical appointments
• Assist residents getting in and out of the van, including wheelchair users
• Operate and secure wheelchair lifts and restraints properly
• Stay with or check on residents during appointments as needed
• Bring back appointment paperwork and orders and hand off to nursing
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and keep the van clean
• Keep accurate trip logs and mileage records
• Communicate with nursing and scheduling about appointment times and changes

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a set daily schedule
• Patient, friendly, and respectful with residents
• Able to assist with lifting and transferring residents
• CNA or healthcare experience a plus, not required

Schedule

Full-time position with a set daily schedule.
