Transporation Support Specialist- Nights

About the role

We're hiring an overnight support specialist to be the point of contact for our drivers and to keep paperwork accurate and current while the rest of the office is offline.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound driver calls and help resolve issues on the road: delays, breakdowns, routing questions, delivery problems
• Process and file driver paperwork: logs, bills of lading, proof of delivery, DVIRs, and trip documents
• Track loads in progress and flag anything running behind
• Escalate safety, accident, or compliance issues to the right on-call contact
• Hand off open items to the day team with a clear shift summary

Requirements

• Availability to work overnight shifts
• Comfort handling phone calls and staying calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with paperwork and data entry
• Basic computer skills
