The experienced Transplant Coordinator (Registered Nurse) for the Outpatient Clinic manages the comprehensive care continuum for pre-and post-transplant patients. This role acts as a primary clinical resource and multidisciplinary liaison. It ensures high-quality, patient-centered and strict regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Current New Jersey RN license.
