Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Transplant

About the role

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel approximately 50% for in-person collaboration with commercial representatives and medical affairs
• Educate transplant coordinators and allied health professionals on transplant rejection monitoring using Prospera
• Collaborate with MSLs and medical directors to provide additional product information to healthcare providers
• Engage in continuous learning related to organ transplantation
• Support clinical trials and research initiatives at academic institutions or study sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a transplant coordinator
• 5 years of nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN License in one or more states
• Preferred: Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC)
• Experience with national organ transplant organizations preferred (e.g., NATCO, UNOS, ITNS)

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,400 – $144,200 annually
