Job Description Summary AdventHealth Rocky Mountain region is seeking an APRN/PA to support the clinical operation of the Transplant Institute at Porter with a primary focus on clinical services in the outpatient settings. Delivery of patient care is conducted in collaboration with the transplant surgeons and physicians including, but not limited to, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment, ordering and interpreting tests
