Transit Management Analyst Trainee (Force Account)

About the role

Under supervision, the analyst will receive training in developing and reviewing Force Account labor estimates. This role supports the NYCT Subways capital program by working closely with the Department of Subways (DOS) operating divisions. The analyst will assist with cost analysis, and database updates for tracking and reporting on the status of the estimates. Additionally, the analyst will support other duties related to the Assistant Transit Management Analyst role or contribute to broader capital program initiatives within the Department of Subways.

As an employee of MTA NYC Transit, you may be required to complete an annual financial disclosure statement with the state of New York if your position earns more than $101,379 per year or if the position is designated as a policy maker. For 55‑a eligible titles: candidates selected for this position may be placed in a competitive or non‑competitive class position based on their qualifications.
