About the role

Computacenter is looking for a Principal Transformation Consultant to join its professional services team. We are seeking someone with the ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team that requires excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves working on large-scale networking projects, including data center scale networking, system design, and automation, and interacting with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with Winning Together values.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of customer engagement programs related to NVIDIA data center scale, ensuring project timelines, SLAs, and quality standards are met.
  • Drive technical strategy, planning, and execution with customers, internal collaborators, and partners.
  • Develop comprehensive technical delivery plans to optimize the customer experience, minimizing operational disruptions, optimizing cluster performance, increasing customer resilience, and driving overall smoother operations.
  • Engage and build internal and external customer relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and effectively communicating delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with executives, engineering teams, and external partners to ensure visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Organize and lead complex technical engineering-to-engineering (hardware and software) discussions.
  • Collaborate with consulting, solutions, and sales teams to resolve technical and logistical issues, set clear expectations, and keep projects on track for successful execution.
  • Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep customer savvy managing complex programs, especially with strategic customers having complex hardware and software architectures and requirements.
  • Superb leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems and AI solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable defining and driving customer programs with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and results.
  • Likely to be legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Experience with IT service delivery lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client engagements/relationships.
  • Ability to design in-depth, complex technical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT Infrastructure technology and its business application.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at large internal and external audiences and at board level.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale networking projects.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
