Are you passionate about shaping the future of supply chain operations? As a Manager I, Supply Chain Transformation, you'll play an important role in helping drive strategic transformation initiatives that support the long-term network strategy of ADUSA Distribution & Transportation. You'll work alongside leaders and cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and implement initiatives focused on network optimization, facility transformation, transportation improvements, and process modernization. In this role, you'll leverage data, operational expertise, and project management disciplines to turn growth strategies and volume forecasts into executable plans that improve service, capacity, and cost performance. You'll help guide business case development, operational readiness, governance activities, and implementation planning while gaining broad exposure across operations, engineering, finance, technology, and transportation functions.
