Responsibilities
- Translate Business Strategy into ISC Execution
- Translate commercial and portfolio strategies into ISC implications including capacity, footprint, make versus buy, inventory, and margin.
- Own the development of integrated, cross-functional ISC execution plans aligned to growth objectives.
- Partner directly with BU leaders, Planning, and ISC functions to deliver customer commitments and financial targets.
- Build and lead multi-year transformation roadmaps across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.
- Drive end-to-end value stream optimization, improving service, cost, and supply chain performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, not just tracking, but owning transformation delivery across functions.
- Establish governance and execution rigor to ensure sustained results at scale.
- Own global value stream network design, including footprint, flow, and “where to make” decisions.
- Optimize network for speed, cost, resilience, and scalability.
- Align network design with business growth strategies and customer requirements.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Lead business-facing ISC leadership roles.
- Support customer strategies, including engagement with key customers where supply chain is a differentiator.
- Enable speed, reliability, and scalability in a high-growth, customer-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in global supply chain, manufacturing, and/or operations.
- Proven experience in:
- End-to-end supply chain strategy and execution
- Global network design and capacity planning
- Leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Business-facing ISC leadership roles
- Ideal background in plant manager/plant leadership experience and/or multi-site operations experience.
- Experience supporting high-growth businesses.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to link ISC decisions to P&L outcomes.
- Experience with NPI/NTI in complex manufacturing environments.
- Background in Lean, value stream optimization, and operational excellence.
- Strategic and systems thinker with strong execution orientation.
- Ability to operate across end-to-end value streams and global networks.
- Strong influence and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment.
- Capability to lead large programs and govern cross-functional execution.
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to scale operations rapidly.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful leadership in global supply chain, manufacturing, and/or operations.
- Experience in translating business strategy into ISC execution and managing end-to-end value streams.
- Strong understanding of global network design and capacity planning.
- Experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to align network design with business growth strategies and customer requirements.

Pay
$172,900.00 - $257,000.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
