About the role
The role involves designing, developing, and implementing transfer processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in process development and hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop transfer processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Conduct process validation and optimization to meet quality standards.
- Document processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent.
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and process development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Experience with process validation and optimization tools.
- Good understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
