About the role

The role involves designing, developing, and implementing transfer processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in process development and hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop transfer processes for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Conduct process validation and optimization to meet quality standards.
• Document processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equivalent.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and process development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Experience with process validation and optimization tools.
• Good understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
