About the Role
We’re hiring a Transdermal Operator II to support advanced product manufacturing in a clean, cGMP-regulated environment. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical trade experience, construction or machining backgrounds, precision-based technical work, as well as new graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Manufacturing/Industrial Technology who want hands-on experience with complex equipment.
Schedule
Day Shift – 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) with alternating weekend shifts required.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
- Execute R&D, scale-up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities
- Conduct in-process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation
- Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged to apply
- OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail
- Good math skills and comfort with precision work
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours
- Must pass OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test

Pay
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $29.00 per hour.
