Job Responsibilities
- Managing Client Relationships
- Assume key transaction management responsibilities that may include property management activities
- Attend regular client meetings and conference calls
- Improve client transaction management processes
- Engage with leadership to establish the sourcing strategy for critical business needs
- Collaborate directly with clients and team members to resolve real estate related issues
- Manage transaction reporting to the client
- Transaction Management Activities
- Develop various real estate documents
- Complete analysis for reporting and other transaction related responsibilities throughout the transaction process
- Coordinate Lease administration activities including but not limited to, review of Certificates of Insurance, confirm receipt of transaction/permit fees
Qualifications/Experience
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Experience with transaction databases, GIS platforms or project management systems preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Knowledge of real estate and lease terminology required
- Strong negotiations experience and interpersonal skills required
- Strong analytical ability, both financial and qualitative
- Attention to detail and process compliance required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients
- Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and coordination efforts simultaneously
- A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
