Contract Management Analyst

About the role

Operational leadership accountable for ensuring the success of the development, implementation and maintenance of the Epic System's Reimbursement Contracts.

Aid in the analysis and building of insurance contracts to provide accurate billing, coding, and collection processes information for the Epic System.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful development, implementation, and maintenance of the Epic System's Reimbursement Contracts.
• Analyze and build insurance contracts to align with proper billing, coding, and collection processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or contract management required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Certification required or obtainable within 6-12 months of hire.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Healthcare revenue cycle, Epic experience (specifically Epic Resolute HB), and strong analytical skills with knowledge of patient accounting, third-party contracting, and/or contract modeling systems or healthcare reimbursement.
• Show leadership skills, guiding, directing, training, and interacting with management regularly.
• In-depth knowledge of the entire healthcare revenue cycle.
• Effective collaboration with operations and technical resources.
• Proficiency in contract modeling.
• Understanding of payment methodologies and system syntax.
• Knowledge of all aspects of third-party reimbursement policies and practices.
• Experience with organizational redesign and problem-solving.
• Understanding of contract language and payment methodologies.
• Well-organized and skilled in time management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, 7.5 hours per day.
