Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transactional Real Estate & Corporate Law Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex and challenging transactional matters and to work with a diverse group of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of transactional real estate and corporate law matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret various contracts, loan documents, and operating agreements.
• Represent and advise private lenders on legal matters, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and loan transactions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with partners and other associates to develop strategies for complex transactional matters.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations, effectively representing the interests of the client and the firm.
• Continually update knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the firm and its clients remain in compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal advice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in transactional real estate and corporate law, preferably with experience representing private lenders.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, loan documents, and operating agreements.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
