About the Role
Matthews & Matthews, LLP is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join our Destin office. This position is ideal for a motivated attorney who is confident handling complex transactional matters and values professionalism, collaboration, independence, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Drafting real estate transactional documents
- Drafting asset/equity purchase and sale documents
- Drafting business entity organizational documents
- Probate administration
- Estate planning, wills, and trusts
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Florida Bar membership in good standing
Pay
$100,000+ annually, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive bonus structure.
