Transactional Attorney

We are a growing Connecticut law firm with a focus on travel law, seeking an experienced corporate, business, and transactional attorney to join our team. The firm maintains offices in Hartford and Westport, Connecticut, and attorneys have the flexibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Entity formation and structuring
• Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Vendor and supplier agreements
• Terms and conditions and licensing agreements
• Mergers, acquisitions, and business sales, including a significant role in M&A transactions
• Employment and independent contractor agreements
• General outside counsel and business advisory services for clients

Requirements

• Active bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Several years of experience in corporate, business, or transactional law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus, though not required
• A self-starter who can manage client relationships independently
• Comfortable managing the full lifecycle of a matter independently
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Pay

Salary: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
