Transactional Associate

About the Role

Candidates should be licensed in California and located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego.

Responsibilities

• Represent healthcare providers, suppliers, medical groups, health systems, and emerging healthcare companies on business and regulatory matters.
• Provide clear, concise, and practical legal analysis to clients.
• Develop an understanding of clients' business operations, objectives, and strategic goals.
• Provide creative, actionable legal advice regarding complex healthcare matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across regulatory, compliance, licensing, reimbursement, investigations, and related practice areas.
• Develop substantive expertise in healthcare transactional and regulatory law.

Qualifications

• Junior to mid-level attorney with relevant legal experience.
• Active California bar admission required.
• Experience with complex regulatory regimes or significant transactions.
• Prior healthcare transactional experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong client relationships.
• Sound judgment and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $205,000–$375,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
