About the role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate transactional experience who is looking to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions while gaining significant responsibility and direct client exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate, and review transactional documents relating to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, easements, licenses, development, and financing matters
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts, including title and survey review
  • Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to keep matters moving efficiently and effectively
  • Identify legal and business risks early and develop practical, solution-oriented recommendations
  • Support complex real estate development, ownership, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes

Qualifications

  • J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active bar admission, or eligibility for admission, in the jurisdiction where you will practice
  • At least 3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • Representing buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, and property owners in sophisticated real estate transactions
  • Commercial, industrial, and residential development projects
  • Drafting and negotiating acquisition, disposition, and development agreements
  • Real estate financing transactions
  • Title and survey review and analysis
  • Managing transaction closings and coordinating multiple workstreams
  • Advising clients on legal risk and practical business solutions
