About the role
This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate transactional experience who is looking to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions while gaining significant responsibility and direct client exposure.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review transactional documents relating to acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, easements, licenses, development, and financing matters
- Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts, including title and survey review
- Manage transactions from initial structuring through closing
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to keep matters moving efficiently and effectively
- Identify legal and business risks early and develop practical, solution-oriented recommendations
- Support complex real estate development, ownership, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes
Qualifications
- J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission, or eligibility for admission, in the jurisdiction where you will practice
- At least 3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Representing buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, and property owners in sophisticated real estate transactions
- Commercial, industrial, and residential development projects
- Drafting and negotiating acquisition, disposition, and development agreements
- Real estate financing transactions
- Title and survey review and analysis
- Managing transaction closings and coordinating multiple workstreams
- Advising clients on legal risk and practical business solutions

Pay
$180,000 - $200,000 Starting Salary
