Transaction Project Manager III

Responsibilities
- Manage high-profile and high-volume inbound and outbound servicing transfer projects
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and new/current servicers (or other 3rd parties) regarding servicing transfer project
- Maintain project plan, action items and deliverables for clients, new/current servicer and LoanCare
- Facilitate meetings with clients, new/current servicer and LoanCare, with responsibility for agenda, minutes, and action items
- Identify and track Issues and Risks; escalating to management as needed with proposed remediation and potential impacts to timeline
- Provide consistent status updates for all trial and final events
- In collaboration with Loan Transfer Data Analyst coordinate data mapping session(s), including but not limited to agenda and tracking open items through completion
- Implement and manage change to standard LoanCare processes when necessary to meet project output requirements
- Work closely with management to ensure that the project scope and timelines are completed as scheduled
- In collaboration with Loan Transfer Data Analyst coordinate testing efforts pre and post transfer, documenting defects and obtaining sign-off for testing completion
- Facilitate Go / No Go decision with formally documenting results of transfer trial events, outstanding items, issues, risks, and decisions of LoanCare, client, new/current servicers
- Maintain Lessons Learned process to evaluate results of the transfer project and identify all positive aspects and opportunities; working with management to make effective changes
- Maintain/update transaction management procedures outlining process, including timelines, task lists, project plans, department roles, and responsibilities
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of project management experience preferred
- 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client relations and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining departmental standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, and clients to attain common goals
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally/effectively in writing, in person, and virtually with all levels within the organization and external clients/third parties

Pay
Compensation Range: $20.43 - $34.28 per hour. Actual compensation may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including qualifications, skills and experience.
Schedule
Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
