Project Manager III

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing IT-related projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience leading IT infrastructure initiatives involving technologies such as cloud platforms, networking, data centers, disaster recovery, security, hardware upgrades, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall project delivery approaches.
• Experience working within Agile environments, with familiarity using Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, stakeholder communications, risk management, and change control.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical and non-technical information to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of software quality assurance principles and experience supporting structured documentation and quality processes.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and meet all applicable federal background screening and employment eligibility requirements.
