Transaction Processor - Account Recordkeeping
About the role
In this position, you’ll be based in the Louisville, KY office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Global Operations Shared Services provides operational support for core, high-volume functions common across business lines, such as contact center, transaction processing, and imaging support. Account Recordkeeping, a function within Shared Services, supports multiple business lines in account maintenance, transaction processing, and account-owner initiated recordkeeping activities.
Processors in Account Recordkeeping execute transactions at a regional level for account-owners in line with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, short deadlines, and client service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Process and review general data entry transactions for various transaction types including transfers, purchases/sells, and account maintenance within established productivity and quality standards.
- Daily review of information pertaining to processing feedback and procedural updates.
- Escalate complex inquiries as needed per documented procedures.
- Complete required internal training and compliance classes in a timely fashion.
- Work overtime and assist other departments during peak volumes to meet client service level agreements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or an Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good understanding of how the wider team works together to achieve team and department goals and objectives.
- Attention to detail and evaluative judgment based on best practice and previous experience.
- Ability to respond to and resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through acquired technical experience, guided by clear policy and procedure.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear verbal and/or written communications to management, team members, and Customer Service Representatives.
