Responsibilities
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
- Average 25-30 closings per month
- Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely manner, with a focus on the details
- Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met
- Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records
- Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
- Collaborate with sales managers, and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents
Requirements
- CA Real Estate License Required
- 5+ years of real estate activity in this market
- Strong knowledge of the real estate laws in California and familiarity with standard real estate forms used in California (SFAR, PRDS, and Local Area Disclosures)
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance
- Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service-oriented personality
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits.
Schedule
This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per month.
