Responsibilities
- Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements
- Process commission payments to agents, while tracking referral payments and agent deductions
- Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records
- Provide support to agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, commission calculations, and compliance requirements
- Work closely with the Accounting team to review and audit commission records and respond to inquiries impacting the monthly financial statement close
- Collaborate with sales managers, support teams, and the Product & Engineering Team to build a better real estate transaction system
Requirements
- Texas Real Estate License Required
- 5+ years of real estate activity in this market
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws in Texas and familiarity with standard real estate forms
- In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance (DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality of agent's contract data and digest detailed contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented personality
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail
Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree preferred

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
Schedule
This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per month
