About the role
You will assist the Title Company, Sellers, and Buyers throughout the transaction process from start to finish. Duties include excellent written and oral communication, managing files and documents, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Aid in communication with various parties including sellers, buyers, title companies, lenders, banks, lawyers, etc.
- Manage files and documents efficiently within a time-sensitive environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll coordination, spreadsheet management, and making phone calls.
Requirements
- Experience in the real estate industry (preferred)
- Customer service experience for at least one year
Qualifications
- Reliable commuting or relocation to Riverside, NJ 08075 before starting work is required.
