The Senior Lead Analyst role is not a traditional employment position; instead, it is a Certified Transaction Analysis Associate role as an independent contractor.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $50–$200/hour based on the Analyst Rating Score, credentials, and approval scope.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Certified Transaction Analysis Associates. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through a certification and verification process. Once Approved, Transaction Analysis Associates have access to real deal flow and paid transaction analytics projects, support investors, fund managers, and operators on live transactions, and provide detailed transaction analysis, modeling, and due diligence support. They build a verified transaction track record and Analyst Rating Score.

Analyst Certification Assessment

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following: Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment, complete Initio Sphere Financial Training, hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent), or have relevant experience.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

• Transaction Modeling & Valuation
• DCF, LBO, and operating company valuation models
• Commercial real estate underwriting
• Sensitivity, scenario, and risk analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction benchmarks
• "Football field" valuation summaries
• Due Diligence & Execution Support
• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence
• Risk assessment and mitigation support
• Investment memo preparation
• Support for investor and internal transaction review processes

Certification & Eligibility
