We need to decide what content belongs where. The posting includes: - Intro about firm: "As CohnReznick grows..." etc. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the firm". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: description of role, team, why CohnReznick, maybe the hybrid/remote info. - Responsibilities: list under "Responsibilities include but not limited to: ..." - Requirements: maybe "The Successful Candidate Will Have" list (education, certifications, experience, etc.) - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we could treat "Requirements" as the list of mandatory qualifications, and "Qualifications" as preferred? However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we may combine. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. We have Pay: salary range given: "In Maryland, the salary range for a Advisory Director/Managing Director is $200,000 to $325,000." Also mention discretionary performance bonus etc. That's Pay. Benefits: "We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer." Also later: "Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few." Schedule: remote work info: "CohnReznick is a hybrid firm most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings." Also ability to work additional hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients as required. Thus schedule section can include remote/hybrid details, travel, additional hours. Skills: maybe list of skills like Excel, PowerPoint, communication, analytical, project management, etc. Could be part of Requirements/Qualifications. But we can create a Skills section if there is specific content. Qualifications: maybe the education, certifications, experience. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. So we must cut out the long EEO paragraph, the accommodation email, the recruiter note, etc. Also remove "To learn more about life at CohnReznick, visit Life at CohnReznick." (maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link but not required; we can keep as part of About the role? It's not substantive? Might be considered navigation. Safer to remove. Also remove "Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification." That's maybe generic but still part of encouraging to apply; could be considered boilerplate? It's not a standard EEO but still generic. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That line is not exactly those but could be considered application encouragement; maybe keep? It's not a legal boilerplate. However it's somewhat generic; but we can keep if it's substantive? It's not adding much. I'd lean to remove as it's generic encouragement. Also "In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards." That's maybe application instruction; remove. Also "CohnReznick is the brand name..." etc. That's legal/info about firm structure; maybe considered boilerplate? Could be considered About the firm but maybe not needed. Might be considered legal. Safer to remove. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the specifics: responsibilities list, requirements list, benefits, pay, schedule, etc. Now produce HTML. We'll have sections:

About the role

with paragraphs describing firm, team, remote/hybrid, why CohnReznick. We need to avoid duplication: we already have schedule section for remote details; but we can include some overview in About the role but not repeat schedule specifics? Might be okay to have some overview but not duplicate exact sentences. However instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep all info; if we split info across sections, that's okay as long as we don't lose any. Duplication is allowed?
