About the role

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the trampoline park, including supervising staff, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining park cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train trampoline park staff
• Ensure all guests follow safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the park
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or management preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Good physical condition to perform tasks such as lifting and moving equipment

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
