About the Role
Credit One Bank is seeking an Operations Trainer to prioritize training needs, develop curriculum, and deliver training across Operations in our Corporate and Supplier sites. This role serves as a liaison to ensure front-line Agents are prepared to respond to business issues or changes.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and determine the best training solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders regularly to collect feedback, provide updates, and align training prioritization.
- Develop and execute training for operations related to new systems, products, policies, procedure updates, soft skills, and leadership skills.
- Ensure compliance and alignment with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Measure and improve training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and oversee training administration processes, including training logistics, record management, reporting, and audit compliance documentation.
- Lead and support supplier training teams in enhancing workforce performance through targeted learning interventions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and document learning objectives to drive performance and agent behaviors.
- Create instructional materials: courses, curriculum, learner and facilitator guides, or training manuals.
- Redesign content to match learner needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of training experience in an Operations environment, including designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs to support employee performance and business objectives.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- High-level competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with training and reporting systems such as Tableau, Articulate, and Instructional Design platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to streamline work processes and support training development initiatives.
- Demonstrated company core values of excellence, ownership, and integrity.
- Call center and financial services experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally if required to support partner sites.
