Training Technician (Registrar)

About the Position:

This position is with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Learning Center, duty station location of Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for military personnel and contractors.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide technical support to trainers and learners.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of training objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education, training, human resources, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in training and development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with e-learning platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
