What You Will Be Doing

You will be the Training System Architect (Level 5) for the Training Systems Architecture team which is responsible for...

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead the Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation (ADDIE) process for training solutions.
  • Integrate task analysis, workload, and proficiency metrics to shape training objectives and content.
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop that feeds post-training performance results back into design improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Training Systems Architecture team, pilot and maintainer SMEs, suppliers, and Government partners.
  • Provide expertise in human-performance integration throughout the product life-cycle.
