Training Supervisor
About the role
The Manufacturing Training Supervisor will direct the training department to ensure quality standards are met. Key results in this role include but are not limited to controlling training costs, maintaining training records and acts as an active internal auditor and administrative support for peer department.
Responsibilities
- Supervises training leads, updates training dispatches, delivers employee evaluations, creates development plans and supports goals and tracks progress of department.
- Maintains and schedules internal OTJ audits through pulse checks and signs offs.
- Strengthens training programs across technical skills, OSHA compliance, operational procedures, and onboarding.
- Aids with document changes and training documentation by utilizing L2L and Trubox software.
- Observes and documents non-existing training SOPs and WI Facilities quarterly TWI classes to SMEs and Trainer Leads.
- Identifies non-existing training SOPs, WI, and Process Maps.
- Delivers effective hands-on OTJ training and supports Safety and L2L classroom training.
- Partners with production supervisors and management on all shifts to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Maintains training effectiveness using metrics (KPI’s), feedback and performance outcomes.
- Delivers effective Supervisor level hands-on training.

- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office with advanced Excel knowledge.

- Solid digital navigation skills.
