Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customer-facing training for QMS, including:Live virtual training sessions and webinars
  • One-on-one and small-group client training
  • Train-the-trainer sessions for customer teams
  • Develop structured training paths for new customers, existing customers, and customers adopting new features
  • Translate complex system workflows into clear, role-based training for owners, managers, accounting staff, and operations teams
  • Partner with Implementation and Support to identify training gaps that impact onboarding, adoption, and long-term success

Internal Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training for QuikStor team members, ensuring consistent understanding of QMS workflows, terminology, and best practices
  • Ensure internal teams (Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Sales) are trained and up to date on:
    • New product releases
    • Feature enhancements
    • Workflow changes and known limitations
  • Support internal release readiness by preparing enablement materials ahead of deployments

Training Design & Content Development

  • Perform training needs assessments by reviewing product documentation, release notes, recordings, and SME input
  • Design and maintain training assets, including:
    • Slide decks and facilitator guides
    • User guides, job aids, and quick reference materials
    • Video tutorials and recorded webinars
    • Knowledge checks and supporting documentation
  • Apply adult learning and instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE) to create structured, effective training
  • Continuously update training content as QMS evolves and requirements change

Program Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain a centralized training library to ensure consistency across all training materials
  • Track training attendance, completion, and feedback to measure effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve training efficiency, clarity, and scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training aligns with real-world workflows and customer needs
