Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver customer-facing training for QMS, including:Live virtual training sessions and webinars
- One-on-one and small-group client training
- Train-the-trainer sessions for customer teams
- Develop structured training paths for new customers, existing customers, and customers adopting new features
- Translate complex system workflows into clear, role-based training for owners, managers, accounting staff, and operations teams
- Partner with Implementation and Support to identify training gaps that impact onboarding, adoption, and long-term success
Internal Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver training for QuikStor team members, ensuring consistent understanding of QMS workflows, terminology, and best practices
- Ensure internal teams (Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Sales) are trained and up to date on:
- New product releases
- Feature enhancements
- Workflow changes and known limitations
- Support internal release readiness by preparing enablement materials ahead of deployments
Training Design & Content Development
- Perform training needs assessments by reviewing product documentation, release notes, recordings, and SME input
- Design and maintain training assets, including:
- Slide decks and facilitator guides
- User guides, job aids, and quick reference materials
- Video tutorials and recorded webinars
- Knowledge checks and supporting documentation
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE) to create structured, effective training
- Continuously update training content as QMS evolves and requirements change
Program Management & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a centralized training library to ensure consistency across all training materials
- Track training attendance, completion, and feedback to measure effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve training efficiency, clarity, and scalability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training aligns with real-world workflows and customer needs
