Training Specialist - Pharmaceutical Analytical Development
About the role
Eurofins Professional Scientific Services (PSS) supports the Analytical Development (AD) organization by managing training curricula, role-specific training assignments, and training compliance activities for AD personnel. This role serves as a key resource for ensuring training requirements are accurately maintained, training records remain current, and personnel are appropriately assigned required learning activities. The position partners closely with clients, AD personnel, Learning & Development resources, and system administrators to coordinate training needs, maintain curriculum content, and support compliance with organizational training requirements.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic scientific organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer training curricula for Analytical Development (AD) personnel as needed after personnel onboarding.
- Review training requirements and ensure appropriate assignment of mandatory and role-specific training modules.
- Monitor training completion status and support ongoing training compliance across the organization.
- Update training curricula as needed to reflect organizational procedural and business changes. Coordinate with other organizations to complete training requirement updates within designated learning management systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to training administration and compliance processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business, education, human resources, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-4 years of experience supporting training administration, learning management systems, compliance programs, or operational support functions.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic learning or document management systems.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple functional groups.
- Must be able to work in the United States permanently without restriction or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administrating or supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of training in curriculum management and compliance tracking.
Schedule
- Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Hybrid position requiring a minimum onsite presence of five (5) days per month. Additional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs, training activities, meetings, or project requirements.

Pay
$23.00–$35.00 per hour based on education and related experience.
