TRAINING SPECIALIST, OPERATIONS

Job Summary

This individual will use corporate training initiatives to steer the content of the EVS operations training they conduct on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Customizes training documentation forms
• Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics
• Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff
• Plans, coordinates, and executes new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
