Training Specialist II - HB Resolute (Revenue Cycle)

About the role

The Training Specialist II will lead HB Resolute training and conduct QA reviews of accounts within UTMB Health's Revenue Cycle department. To provide a variety of training activities for employees at the University of Texas Medical Branch.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates continuing educational programs, skills training and management development programs for employees.
• Assists departments in determining training needs and makes recommendations concerning these needs.
• Maintains records and reports, such as EEO statistics on employee attendance and completion of training activities.
• Coordinates use of community educational resources for employee development.
• Assists departments in providing specialized in-service programs.
• Supervises classes of other training specialists.
• Adheres to internal controls established for department.
• Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and one year related experience.
• Preferred: HB Resolute experience, Experience with QA of accounts, Training experience.

Working Environment/Equipment

Standard audiovisual, training and/or office equipment. Standard office and/or classroom environment.

Pay

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Primarily on-site, full-time position, day shift.
