Training Specialist (C&A)

Responsibilities

• Develops user guides, job aids, training curricula, and other instructional materials.
• Conducts virtual and in-person training sessions for end users, administrators, and support staff.
• Affords assistance with change management and knowledge transfer to promote successful adoption of new applications.
• Updates documentation and training materials as enhancements are released.
