Deliver person-centered cognitive rehabilitation to individuals with brain injuries and related conditions. Support development of skills in memory, attention, problem-solving, and daily functioning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered cognitive rehabilitation to individuals with brain injuries and related conditions.
• Support development of skills in memory, attention, problem-solving, and daily functioning.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and modify interventions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in cognitive rehabilitation or related healthcare fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop tailored treatment strategies and work collaboratively.
• Commitment to supporting client recovery and improvement.
