About the Role
Join our manufacturing team as an Industrial Training Technician and play a key role in building a skilled, safety-focused workforce. You'll design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive operational excellence on the plant floor.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs covering industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices
- Manage the Learning Corner by coordinating training resources and leading short interval management activities
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve materials to maximize learning impact
- Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training priorities and resolve challenges

- Communication — intermediate level; delivering clear, engaging training to diverse audiences on the plant floor
- Learning Design — intermediate level; creating effective training modules tailored to industrial processes
- Manufacturing Design and Methodology — intermediate level; understanding production systems to inform training content
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; using digital tools and platforms to enhance training delivery
- Drives for Results — intermediate level; ensuring training translates into measurable performance improvements
