TRAINING SPECIALIST.

Duties

You will serve as an Intelligence and Cryptologic Team Trainer (ITT/CITT) scripter and instructor for scenario development.
You will provide guidance and technical assistance to subordinate instructors in the development and scenarios to support real world contingencies and military training exercises.
You will assess operational readiness and determine the capability of student teams, developing military training plans and standards.
You will research, develop, update and revise all pertinent materials/documents supporting ITT, related systems and applications.

Requirements

• Conditions of employment: Must be a US Citizen, determined suitable for federal employment, participate in the direct deposit pay program, and pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
• Security clearance: Must currently possess the required clearance and be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance.
• Travel: May require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites.
• Training: Must complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• Specialized experience: At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
• Additional qualifications: Must demonstrate intelligence of curriculum design and delivery services in guiding a student toward measurable mastery, proficiency in all-source intelligence analysis, intelligence production, and collection operations to deliver actionable insights for leadership, and exceptional exercise and scenario development expertise by delivering complex training scenarios that directly enhanced the readiness of subordinates.

Qualifications

• Experience: Must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
• Education: No education qualification requirement.
