About the role
The Training Specialist will develop and deliver engaging training programs to help participating employers understand and meet their payroll reporting responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training through a variety of formats, including live presentations, virtual sessions, videos, and written guides.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, reference guides, and online resources.
- Partner with various departments and auditing staff to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and effective.
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve learning materials and delivery methods.
- Support onboarding and development of department staff by providing training and feedback on progress.
- Aid assigned accounts with reconciliation, payroll reporting, payments, and related inquiries.
- Review website and customer portal content and recommend updates as needed.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, policy development, and special projects.

- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of progressively responsible experience; OR Associate degree or other post-secondary education and seven years of related experience; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience delivering presentations and speaking to groups.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel within the state; valid driver’s license and maintenance of a good driving record.
Qualifications
