Training Specialist

Summary

This role is a key part of the onboarding team, providing essential training both in the office and on the shop floor. The individual selected will work closely with the onboarding and training teams to ensure new hires receive proper training and support upon starting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Conduct safety and compliance training in accordance with company policies.
• Assess trainee knowledge and performance.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of teaching or training experience.
• No degree requirement.

Pay

• $34.00 - $36.00 /hour.
• Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
• Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
