Training Specialist - AI Enablement

Role: Senior Training Specialist – AI Enablement, supporting enterprise AI adoption and workforce capability development. Responsibilities Lead and enhance AI adoption strategies, frameworks, and training programs.Translate AI use cases and business goals into practical learning and communication plans.Collaborate with stakeholders to support successful AI implementation and sustainability.Design scalable learning solutions such as role-based training, job aids, and workshops.Identify role impacts, adoption barriers, and support needs to promote responsible AI use.Measure and analyze adoption metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.Stay informed on industry trends, AI governance, and regulatory requirements to strengthen enablement efforts. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5+ years in learning & development, change enablement, or AI-focused roles.Experience designing role-based learning, supporting enterprise initiatives, and translating complex tech concepts into practical solutions.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.Familiarity with change management frameworks and responsible AI principles. Work Environment: Primarily in-office with remote flexibility, occasional travel, and work outside normal hours for key events.
