Training Specialist - AI Enablement

Role: Senior Training Specialist – AI Enablement responsible for supporting enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools and capabilities. Responsibilities: Lead and enhance AI adoption strategies, translate AI use cases into practical learning and communication plans, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, design scalable training solutions, promote responsible AI practices, measure and analyze adoption outcomes, and stay updated on industry trends to improve workforce enablement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience; 5+ years in learning & development, organizational change, AI enablement, or related areas; experience with cross-functional initiatives, designing role-based learning, and translating complex tech into practical solutions; strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills; familiarity with change management and AI governance principles. Work Conditions: Hybrid work environment with remote eligibility up to 20%, based in Torrance, CA; domestic travel may be required; occasional outside business hours supporting training events and launches.
