About the role
ATS is seeking a Training Specialist with an active TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to support a program in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will train and enhance the competencies of employees by planning and implementing engaging, effective training programs and workshops.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate employees and identify skill weaknesses
- Identify training needs based on organizational and individual assessments
- Plan and implement training programs that prepare employees for career advancement
- Develop quarterly and annual training programs
- Present all technical and supply training requirements
- Prepare and manage the budget for training programs and workshops
- Encourage employee participation in training initiatives
- Oversee employee attendance and performance in training
- Track employee success and progress through training programs
- Manage the production of program marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team
- Communicate all training programs on a timely basis
- Develop and execute a program announcement marketing strategy
- Prepare and deliver training courses
- Bring in guest presenters as needed
- Implement training key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
- Experience designing training programs and workshops
- Ability to lead a full training cycle (preferred)
- Experience with learning management software (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and database software
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills
- Fluency in English and either French or Arabic
Pay
The pay range for this position is $150,000–$185,000.
