You will work in learning services and contribute to the success of millions of people.

Responsibilities

  • Check the training mailbox for rosters
  • Confirm instructors and classes are set up
  • Ensure classroom is setup for in-person training
  • Manually file papers
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Help facilitate online and in-person training

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Time and task management skills
  • Attention to detail

Qualifications

Full-time, onsite position in Carolina, PR. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with possible variance).

Pay

Pay rate: $18.00 - $19.50/hr, which may be below state's minimum wage. Estimated salary range for this role is $26,880 - $33,600.
