Responsibilities

  • Check the training mailbox for rosters
  • Confirm that instructors and classes are set up
  • Make sure that classroom is setup for in person training
  • Manually file papers
  • Respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Help facilitate online and in person training

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Demonstrate problem solving abilities & critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Be proficient in MS Office products
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate time and task management skills
  • Show attention to detail

Qualifications

Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00/hr, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 - $39,900. We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to: States: AK, CA, CT, CO, HI, MA, IL, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA. Metro Areas: MN – Minneapolis, DC- Washington, CO - Boulder, CO - Edgewater, AZ- Flagstaff

Schedule

Full-Time - Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (there may be some variance depending on business needs)
