Job Overview and Responsibilities
To develop and implement training scheduling plans to support the overall staffing plan in the most efficient manner, optimizing both instructor pilots and all available resources.
Schedule Note: This opportunity is in-person at United's Flight Training Center in Denver. It's a fast-paced, shift-work position that may include working early or late shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual (crucial function of the position)
- Likely to be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Scheduling experience (not constrained by a # of years)
- Operational experience (not constrained by a # of years)
- Ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations
- Collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of contractual work rules and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Show strong attention to detail
Pay and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $57,784.00 to $65,062.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
